I acknowledge and agree that by submitting a product or service for testing, the entity submitting the product or service will: (i) be billed a non-refundable testing fee, regardless of whether the product or service earns the PTPA Media Inc. certification, and (ii) in the event the product or service submitted earns the PTPA Media Inc. certification, the undersigned will be enrolled in a one year (minimum) subscription agreement, with fees payable on a monthly basis, in an amount determined by the package selected.
